With over 20 years in the business, we’ve had our fair share of questions regarding the work we do, and there’s nothing we haven’t heard! We’ve selected a few of the most commonly asked questions regarding the services we provide to help you. If you’ve got any additional questions about the commercial and residential services we provide, give us a call and we’ll help make things clearer for you. We are available 24/7.

Q. Are you going to cause any damage when cleaning?

Through our experience in over 20 years of surface cleaning, we’ve perfected the cleaning processes for each individual surface to ensure that we don’t cause any structural damage in the process of cleaning your home.

Q. Does pressure cleaning completely prevent mould from coming back?

As mould thrives in any moist environment, it’s impossible to prevent it from coming back permanently. We do, however, use chemicals in our treatments that kill mould spores to lengthen the time between mould treatments. Residential areas typically require mould treatment every 12-24 months, with commercial areas typically requiring treatment every 6 months, depending on the environment.

Q. How soon can you be at my site?

We understand the urgency that can arise from the result of a leak or graffiti, and we strive to get to you as soon as possible. We can be working on your site within 24 hours of you calling.

Q. How often do I need to pressure clean my house?

Normally you’ll be able to see visible proof that your house requires pressure cleaning from visible dirt or mould. We typically return to pressure clean every 12-24 months on residential sites, and every 6-12 months in commercial areas.

Q. What surfaces can you remove paint from?

We can remove all kinds of paint and graffiti from any surface, including but not limited to: brick, glass, aluminium or timber. Our approach to each surface differs, but through more than 20 years of experience in surface cleaning, we’re confident we’ll have your surface looking better than new.
